1. Send an itemised inventory, photos or a walk-through video; we estimate volume in CBM (m³) and confirm it during the survey.
2. Provide collection and delivery addresses, floors, lift dimensions, parking and walking distance from the vehicle.
3. Share your preferred dates and flexibility; consolidation and sailing schedules affect the indicative transit window.
4. Specify packing, disassembly, unpacking, assembly and storage needs so the written quote defines what is included.
5. Prepare a declared-value inventory and consider all-risk door-to-door insurance; confirm the cover and exclusions before booking.

For US ocean shipments, verify the ocean intermediary’s licensed/registered and bonded status with the Federal Maritime Commission. US inland interstate household-goods transport may also require FMCSA authority. EE Relo does not claim US ocean licensing or ownership of UK/US partner assets.

Great Britain requires an import declaration. Transfer of Residence (ToR) relief is conditional on your circumstances and the goods; apply using ToR1 where eligible and confirm origin-country export paperwork separately. Northern Ireland needs a separate customs review.
