FAQ
Do EU citizens need a work permit?
No. They can work straight away; for stays over 3 months they register at IGI and receive a registration certificate.
What is an A1 certificate?
It shows that an employee temporarily posted to another EU country stays covered by their home country's social security. It is requested before the posting from the home country's social security institution (in Romania, the National Public Pension House).
