Item-level serial checks
Every laptop, monitor or accessory is ticked against the serialised list before packing. Nothing unchecked gets packed.
Numbered seals
Every carton gets a uniquely numbered seal, applied in front of the releasing person and recorded on the handover form.
Signed handover
Handover with carton, seal and serial registers plus photographed discrepancies, signed by all parties.
IT-specific packing
Anti-static protection, screen protection and dedicated cartons for equipment.
Chitila buffer storage
A separate IT zone in our closed warehouse next to Bucharest, with seal checks on arrival.

What do you need for a quote?
Pickup address, equipment list (ideally with serials), approximate carton count and destination.
Do you carry lithium batteries?
Yes. Laptops travel switched off and individually packed, following lithium battery rules.
Is the equipment insured?
Standard CMR liability is weight-limited. For full value we recommend a separate All-Risk policy.
Can you collect from many employees?
Yes, from multiple addresses and cities, then we consolidate everything at our Chitila hub.
